Most of our flooring ranges come with a free underlay option (which again some other retailers do offer as well I believe). The major difference between us and other competitors is that we genuinely do give you an 8mm underlay worth £7.99/m2 for free, rather than giving you cheap and thin polystyrene underlay free as given by other competitors. You always have the option to upgrade your underlay to a thicker option by just paying the difference.
We are very proud of our fitting standards and why should we not be as all our fitting works are carried by fitters who has passed the qualification and accessed by FITA (Fitting Industry Training Association)
We firmly believe that any product, if not fitted properly, will end in big disappointment for you. so for your peace of mind we even give you 2 years warranty on our fitting works (We are quite confident no other competitors give you 2 year fitting warranty)
Our fitters are also insured for any accident that may happen at the customer's place so choose us with full confidence.
We can also uplift and dispose of your old flooring as per disposal guidelines of the industry for a better environment.

Our job does not end by laying the flooring. Even after the laying of the flooring, our DIRECTOR of the company personally will call you within 48 hours to make sure everything was done to the highest standards and to your complete satisfaction. Any problem with any key areas is rectified in the within next 24 hrs
